ReallyReady.org: As the result of an analysis by the Federation of American Scientists (FAS) that found shortcomings in the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) Ready.gov Web site, the FAS launched ReallyReady.org. The FAS hopes to achieve two purposes with this new site: provide clear and correct information to citizens interested in preparing themselves and their families for an emergency and persuade DHS to take a serious look at Ready.gov and their policy on the accuracy of information and to make important changes that will help Americans to prepare for terrorist attacks or natural disasters.
